How can I nominate someone?  Nominations can be completed online or you can email Keith Dunn (keithd@positivematurity.org) for a hard copy nomination form.

What information do I need to provide on the nominee?  It is very important that all questions on the nomination form be answered, but it is also very important that you provide a 100-word or less bio (in narrative form) that will be printed with the winner's picture in our Top 50 publication.

Can I just send you an email on the person I want to nominate? No. We need the nomination form filled out including the contact information of the person you are nominating.  However, you may fax, email, or snail mail the form to us.  See "contact" page for email address, fax, and mailing address.

I want to nominate someone, but can I remain anonymous? No, we need to know who you are, but do not worry we will not share information with any third parties.

I want to nominate my boss, but should someone higher in the company make the nomination? No. You can nominate yourself, your boss, a client, a family member or neighbor. The most important thing is that you provide a clear and concise reason for the nomination.

Will more than one nominee from the same organization be accepted? You can nominate as many people from the same company or organization.

How does the selection process work? After all nominations are received, the nomination committee (made up of members of Positive Maturity's Board, Advisory Councils, Staff and Selected Community Members) will hold a series of meetings to review and select the candidates.

What is required of those who are selected?   Candidates must be available for a photo shoot that will be published in local media, the awards ceremony program, and on Positive Maturity's website and social media outlets.

I want to nominate someone, but they will not be 50 until after the event. Can I still nominate them? No. Nominations for anyone who does not meet the age requirements are discarded. We will verify the dates of birth for each finalist.

Can I contact you to see how my candidate is doing in the nomination process? No, we don't give status reports. If we need more information we will contact you. Please be patient.
